These Terms apply to all products listed on the Site, including items that are temporarily out of stock. While we strive for accuracy in our descriptions and images, we cannot guarantee all information is error-free. Purchases are made at the customer’s own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reject orders at our discretion. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription products or services will automatically renew unless canceled.
To cancel a subscription, written notice must be provided at least 30 days prior to renewal, unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are fulfilled via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

Delivery Information:

• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.
• Orders are typically processed promptly, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
• You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.

International Orders:

If shipping outside of the United States, you are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Please consult your local customs office for more details.

7. REFUNDS & RETURNS

Refund Policy

Refunds are available for eligible purchases if requested within 15 days of receiving your order. Valid reasons include:

• Items received damaged or broken

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Used dog chews (due to hygiene and safety standards)

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through non-binding mediation with a mutually agreed-upon neutral mediator. Costs will be borne by the unsuccessful party.

You and The Better Bone also retain the right to:

• File claims in small claims court
• Seek injunctive relief
