BetterBone® Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

1. Purpose and Scope
Blue Standard Inc. (“BetterBone”) is committed to preserving the integrity, reputation, and long-term value of the BetterBone® brand. To maintain fair competition among resellers and to prevent brand erosion through undercut pricing, BetterBone has adopted this Unilateral Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy.
This policy applies to all advertisements of BetterBone® products by any reseller or distributor offering products to end consumers, whether within the United States or internationally. The MAP Policy is non-negotiable, applies equally to all resellers, and may not be modified, waived, or amended except through express written authorization from the Policy Administrator.
2. Policy Overview
This MAP Policy governs the advertised price of all BetterBone® products across public-facing channels, including but not limited to:
Note: This policy does not regulate the actual selling price. Resellers remain free to sell BetterBone® products at any price, provided the advertised price meets or exceeds the current MAP level.
3. MAP Pricing Schedule & Guidelines
The current MAP schedule is maintained and distributed separately to authorized resellers. BetterBone reserves the right to modify MAP pricing at its sole discretion, with all updates communicated in writing.

MINI SIZE MSRP: $12.49 / MAP: $10.99
SMALL SIZE MSRP: $18.99 / MAP: $14.99
LARGE SIZE MSRP: $24.99 / MAP: $19.99

5. Third-Party Marketplace Restrictions and Compliance
To protect brand integrity and ensure consistent consumer experience, BetterBone strictly prohibits any unauthorized sale or listing of BetterBone® products on the following online platforms unless otherwise agreed upon.
Only authorized resellers expressly approved in writing by BetterBone may list BetterBone® products on the above marketplaces. Unauthorized listings or fulfillment on these platforms—whether direct or via third-party fulfillment services—constitute a material violation of this MAP Policy and may result in immediate enforcement action, including removal from the authorized reseller network.

6. International Advertising Compliance
For resellers operating outside the United States, MAP prices must be converted into the local currency using prevailing exchange rates and inclusive of applicable local taxes. Violations occurring internationally will be treated with the same seriousness as domestic violations.
7. Policy Enforcement
This MAP Policy is unilateral and non-contractual. It is not an agreement between BetterBone and any reseller, and it cannot be negotiated or modified by any party other than the Policy Administrator.

8. Policy Administration and Communication
The MAP Policy is managed exclusively by the BetterBone Compliance Team.

BetterBone will not engage in discussions or negotiations concerning enforcement decisions, appeals, or policy modifications with any reseller.
9. Policy Modifications
BetterBone reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this MAP Policy at any time. Updated MAP schedules and related changes will be communicated through email or the reseller portal.
Continued advertising or sale of BetterBone® products after notice of such changes constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated policy terms.
